Hello everyone. I am Fr. Eric, priest of the Archdiocese of Osaka-Takamatsu Archdiocese and a native of the Philippines. In our parish, besides officiating the Holy Mass and administering other sacraments, we also offer a catechism classes on faith, using the “Catechism of the Catholic Church Compedium” as our text. In the parish, I also am involved with the Legion of Mary (a lay organization for promoting the Marian devotion), the “Ukon To Ayumu Kai\/Walking With Ukon” (a lay organization recognized by the archdiocese to promote the canonization efforts of Blessed Justo Takayama Ukon) and Stella Maris (pastoral care for seafarers). I am Father Akabae, I work as a collaborating priest of the Block of Umeda (Umeda and Sekime Church) since April 2016.<\/p>\n
I belong to the Society of Saint Paul. It has been over 40 years since I was ordained as a priest. I have been involved in teaching middle and high school students; also, in the edition of newspapers and magazines. But I recognize that being able to collaborate pastorally here, gives me great joy.<\/p>\n

\nI was graduated from the Faculty of Theology at the Salesian University.
\nI also graduated from the Pontifical Urban University in-Rome studying “Mission and Catechism”.
\nI was send to USA, Worcester Massachusetts, and I worked there for Americans and Latin- Americans\uff0e
\nOn January 21, 2006 I was sent to Japan Izumi. After the study of Japanese language, I worked at the Kumatori Church.
